Advent Calendar

I have gone through several ideas for advent calendars. When I was a kid we had a felt calendar that hung on the wall. It had pockets and my mom would put candies in them. My brother and I got to pick our candy out each day as we counted down to Christmas Day. Fun! […]
Christmas Parade Evangelism

The Christmas Parade has come and gone. This year, like the previous two we put together a float in the name of our church. Each year they get better and better. This year we added a couple guys playing guitar and singing Christmas songs and people loved it!

Father’s Day

This Father’s Day is bittersweet for me. I’m so grateful for my husband. He is a wonderful dad to our kids. I’m thankful that they have him as a role model and to give them those good snugly hugs that only a daddy can give. He works hard for them and plays hard with them. […]
Happy Mother’s Day!

I love these blessings…they are all so precious! Motherhood is special and sacred and a gift beyond words. Enjoy every moment.

Mama Guilt

I wanted to share with you something that I suffer from as I am sure many of you do…Mommy Guilt. It comes in many forms at many different times of the day. Every day.
