Today the pool got super cleaned! Pressure washed and acid washed (a different decade and we could’ve thrown a pair of jeans in there with it!). After it dried nicely, the guys patched the holes and big cracks with concrete. One step closer to a fabulous pool! Tomorrow, I believe, will bring painting sealant on the pool. Don’t hold me to that though. I am not directly involved in the nitty gritty details. My job in all of this is to keep the girls away from the pool, which I gotta tell you is really tough when they have to see their Grammy and Pappy standing just a few feet away from them on the other side of a big glass door. 🙂 They did get to come out near the end as long as they sat nicely on the side. I think it was their favorite part of the day.
