I am re-posting this tutorial because these are so great! This tutorial is so much fun! And the kids can easily do these. My girls and I made them recently after I searched our office for envelopes in which to mail some fantastic artwork, but found none. But what I did have was TONS of scrapbook paper and no plans to scrapbook.
