The summer solstice will be here in just a couple days. Here in Florida, we don’t really need the reminder of the summer solstice to let us know those hot days are coming. They are already here! But the changing of the seasons is a wonderful way to welcome new traditions and the ways of living that come with each different time of year.
To welcome King Summer, we decided to celebrate with some sweet ears of corn. Those little hands enjoyed shucking and being tickled by the hair as it fell onto their knees, the first of many new and wonderful summer time sensations.
